Analisa and Bridge’s Tuscan Wedding – Maid of honour style

Welcome back to Analisa and Bridge’s romantic Italian wedding.  We have focused on Analisa’s bridal style, now we take a look at how she chose to style the rest of the bridal party, starting with the maid of honour and the pageboys.

Analisa chose one of her oldest friends as her maid-of-honour (yes, that’s me!) and I admit that I initially wanted to wear a tutu like the little bridesmaids.  However, Analisa had a clear idea of the style of dress she wanted for me: something that echoed her own Roman-style wedding dress.  We both really liked Social Bridesmaid Style 8117 from Dessy, as the one-shouldered, ruched style complimented Analisa’s dress.  It was flattering and sophisticated and I absolutely loved wearing it!

Analisa included her godchildren in her bridal party, as flower girls and page-boys, with the eldest, Hugo also acting as ring-bearer.  Analisa dressed the boys in white grandad style shirts and navy shorts from Zara Kids and white converse trainers.

Next time we look at the flower girls in their gorgeous white tutus.

Thank you to Lelia Scarfiotti for the photographs.
